Tina Wilson
CSEP-CPT, BCRPA-CPT & Group Fitness
Personal Trainer & Health and Fitness Coach
Tina is a personal trainer and health coach specialising in supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. She is passionate about helping women build sustainable health and fitness practices that support strength, confidence, vitality, and long-term wellbeing through all stages of life.
Before transitioning fully into the health and fitness field, Tina worked for 15 years as an Occupational Therapist, supporting individuals recovering from illness and injury. Her background in rehabilitation, combined with earlier experience as a competitive swim coach, shaped her client-centered and supportive coaching style.
Tina believes that health and fitness should feel meaningful, empowering, and realistic. She is particularly passionate about applying evidence-based approaches that align with female physiology, helping women navigate the physical and lifestyle changes that can occur during midlife and beyond.
Having experienced both sedentary and highly active seasons in her own life, Tina understands the challenges that can come with making lasting lifestyle changes. She brings empathy, encouragement, and a practical approach to coaching, helping clients feel strong, capable, and connected to their bodies.
Outside of coaching, Tina enjoys her own strength training (especially barbells), trail running, hiking, mountain biking, gardening, and cooking. Most of her favourite movement happens outdoors in the beautiful Comox Valley on Vancouver Island.
