Who We Are

The Vision


For more than 13 years, this studio has been part of the Comox Valley fitness community under the name Ki Fitness & Health — a space known for professional personalized training and a welcoming, results-driven environment. Founder, Jared Sato transitioned to a new private Courtenay studio, where he continues to coach and train clients.

As of November 2025, after coaching at Ki for almost 8 years, Garrett took over the studio and reimagined it as Quest Fitness — building on that strong foundation while creating a new vision focused on lifelong performance, community, and purpose-driven coaching.

At Quest, we believe training should enhance every part of your life — not just how you look in the mirror. Through private small-group and personal training, we help people move, feel, and perform better by combining expert coaching, accountability, and genuine human connection.

Our mission is simple: to help our community grow stronger, more confident, and more capable — in and out of the gym.
