Supporting Parents While Josh works with people from all walks of life, he is especially focused on helping parents regain their fitness. As a dad to two young boys, he understands firsthand how challenging it can be to maintain your energy and stay consistent with exercise after having kids. His goal is to help you rebuild your strength, mobility and stamina so you can keep up with your family and your passions.

Training for the Outdoors Josh’s approach centers on building functional strength, improving mobility, and learning efficient movement patterns. Because he participates in a bit of everything the Valley has to offer—including biking, trail running, climbing, snowboarding, surfing, and soccer—he knows how to customize your training so you can protect your joints, avoid injury, and get better at the sports you love.
